Shoe Lust : Omelle

Had a flurry of palpitations when I learnt of Omelle - a new L.A. shoe label. The designers hail from the land of commercial dress-downs Juicy Couture and Tory Burch, but the aesthetic of their label is anything but!

The dramatic straps and architectural wooden heels of the shoes is reminiscent of "love child" between my other shoe faves Camilla Skovgaard & Finsk. They positively scream Italian craftsmanship *heart*

The beauty of this brand is quite clearly in the details: They thoughtfully provide both black and white ribbon options with laced booties, a bow tote free with all shoes, and there are even little slots on the side of the boxes with a photo of the shoe inside (for shoe indexing your shoe closet, of course!).

If the pricing is out of your budget, the bow tote goes for US$50 - this way, we can just pretend we already own a pair :)

Available from their website or Shopbop.
