One of the guilty pleasure TV shows which I've been following is the Rachel Zoe Project. Rachel Zoe, celebrity/stylist to the stars (yes, she's famous enough to justify the "slash") made a little reality show about her shopping, styling and innumerable Zoe-isms like "Shut it down", "Killed it", "I die" and "Bananas".Two of them were cleverly incorporated into this T-shirt designed by artist Christopher Sauvé, who has, according to NY Mag, received a shocking cease-and-desist letter from Zoe's lawyer!

Why you might ask? Apparently Ms Celebrity Stylist has upped and got "I die" and "Bananas" trademarked!
Purely from a legal standpoint, how is "I die" and "Bananas" (the latter of which is but a name of a fruit!) trademark-worthy?!
